Holiday Shipping Schedule
Hilco Vision will be closed on Thursday, 11/28 and Friday 11/29.
During Thanksgiving week, cold shipment of pharmaceuticals will ship on Monday, 11/25 only.

Pharmaceutical Cold Ship Policy
The FDA requires these items must be shipped in thermal insulated packaging with expedited delivery. Hilco Vision’s program offers free shipping on orders of 12+ refrigerated items, mix & match! Full details below:
Cold Ship Standard (Within 2 Days) – ships on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday only (excluding holidays)
- 1-11 items: $22.50 flat fee shipping & materials
- 12+ items, mix & match, get cold ship fees waived by Customer Service
Cold Ship Overnight – ships on Monday - Thursday only (excluding holidays) for overnight
- Overnight shipping fee is $35.00
Orders processed by 3pm will ship the same day.
- All cold ship items are non-returnable.
